Caltra is operated by Caltra Group LLC, a Maryland-based business. The site provides information about our real estate brokerage and business advisory services and a way to start a conversation with us.

What this site does — and doesn't

The site exists to describe our services and let you contact us. It does not sell anything online; transactions and engagements happen offline through separate written agreements. Any actual work we do for you — real estate representation, advisory engagements, consulting projects — is governed by a separate written agreement specific to that engagement. These site terms do not replace, modify, or override those engagement terms.

The Caltra name, wordmark, design system, and the content on this site are owned by Caltra Group LLC. You may share links and brief excerpts with attribution. Republishing wholesale, or using the marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation, requires prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

Direct liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, for site use alone, is zero.
